ACRILNAR
ACRILNAR is the self-adhesive tape for packaging with polypropylene backing and adhesive based on aqueous dispersions of acrylic polymers. This line of products guarantees an excellent resistance to low temperatures after application.
ACRILNAR is available both in the version with noisy unrolling and silent unrolling, in a wide range of thicknesses (backing thickness from 25 to 50 μm, total thickness from 39 to 75 μm), adhesive characteristics (from > 2.0 N / cm to > 3,4 N/cm), sizes and colours (both for the adhesive: brown, white, transparent and for the support: red, orange, black, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue) even in the pre-printed "sandwich" version. The breaking load ranges from > 36 to > 58 N/cm, while the percentage elongation at break is higher than 116%.
ACRILNAR products can be used for light packaging (ACRILNAR 220, 230, 240, 230 LN, 240 LN, 240 NN), medium packaging (ACRILNAR 260, 260 LN, 260 NN, 260 NN HT, 265 NN, 265 HT, 270 NN, 270 NN HT) and heavy packaging (ACRILNAR 276 NN, 280 NN, 290 NN).
The characteristics of the polypropylene adhesive and film make ACRILNAR particularly resistant to aging caused by light sources, keeping its functionality unchanged over time. It is an ideal product for the Do-It-Yourself and large-retail markets.
The ACRILNAR self-adhesive tape for the polypropylene packaging is free of any organic solvent.
