From a simple intuition, we managed to create a business able to serve the global market with self-adhesive tapes of the highest performances.
When we started in 1963, the market offered only a limited number of solutions. Now, we are able to supply a wide range of products with infinite customisations for all requirements: packaging, masking, reinforced taping and saturated paper.

EXCELLENCE IN TECHNOLOGY AND PERFORMANCE.

Our high specialization and continuous research efforts have permitted the development of adhesive solutions unique in the market. This allows us to produce tapes with performances capable of meeting the most complex requirements in terms of sealing, temperature and aging resistance, and mechanical and environmental stresses.

Natural rubber

The adhesives with base in natural rubber, solvents and hydrocarbonic resins, are used in the production of tapes with supports in Pvc (NARTAPE), polypropylene (POLINAR) and paper (MASKING).
The various formulations give a wide range of adhesive characteristics and different application temperatures.

Synthetic rubber

The adhesive with a synthetic rubber base are used in the production of tapes with support in polypropylene (POLINAR HM), paper (MASKING HM and PAPERPACK) and filament tapes.

Acrylic polymers

Acrylic Polymers are used in the adhesives for the production of packaging tapes with support in polypropylene. They efficiently resist at aging, damage from light sources, and maintain unaltered their technical and aesthetic characteristics for a long period of time.

WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE

According to Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, NAR SPA (“NAR”) has implemented its channels in order to allow certain individuals (including employees, collaborators, suppliers and independent consultants) to report eventual (i) violations of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, (ii) violations of the Organization, Management and Control Model ("MOGC") and (iii) certain European and national offenses,

which affects the public interest or the integrity of the company,
of which the whistleblower has learned in the work context.

Reports related to a claim for a personal interest, individual work contracts / collaboration relationships or with hierarchically superordinate figures and aspects of private life with no connection to the company\'s business context cannot be taken into consideration.
The management of internal reports is assigned to the internal office of the Human Resources Department (“Reporting Manager”). For relevant reports under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 or MOGC, the Supervisory Board will also be involved, in accordance with the relevant attributions. An ad hoc procedure is provided for in case of conflict of interest.
NAR has implemented the following internal reporting channels:

in writing by means of the specific IT tool (Signalethic portal), accessible through the following link, as the preferred reporting channel;
orally,
- by direct meeting with the Reporting Manager, to be requested within the "reporting description" field of the Signalethic portal;
- by calling the telephone number 391-1890500 in use by the Reporting Manager.

Only under certain conditions is it possible to proceed through the external channel established and managed by ANAC or through the public disclosure channel.
