POLINAR
POLINAR is the traditional self-adhesive tape with polypropylene backing and with adhesive based on natural rubber (solvent) or synthetic rubber (hot melt).
This line of products is suitable for use with both manual dispensers and automatic sealing machines.
POLINAR is available in a wide range of thicknesses (backing thickness from 25 to 40 μm, total thickness from 43 to 58 μm), sizes and colours (both for the adhesive: brown, white, transparent and for the support: red, orange, black, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue). The breaking load ranges from > 36 to > 54 N/cm, the percentage elongation at break is greater than 116%.
The characteristics of immediate adhesion on each cardboard surface combined with the strength and brightness typical of polypropylene film make POLINAR suitable for all uses in the packaging field.
The products of this line can be used for light packaging (POLINAR 230, 240, HM 230, HM 240, HM 270), medium packaging (POLINAR 260, BTS 260, 265) and heavy packaging (POLINAR 280).
With regard to the self-adhesive tape with hot melt technology, it is characterized by a higher adhesiveness, but also by a different resistance at low temperatures. The specific aggressiveness of the adhesive and the high reliability guarantee the use of the self-adhesive tape with hot melt technology with manual dispensers and automatic sealing machines in the industrial packaging sector.
